Once we receive your returned order, it takes us about 1-2 days to process it through our receiving and returns department and issue the refund to your original method of payment. From there, it can take approximately from 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, based on your bank or credit card company.

To redeem your gift card, please proceed to the checkout with the items you wish to purchase. On page two of the checkout process, under the "Payment Information" section, you will find a link labeled "Have a Gift Card?" Click on this link, and a box will appear where you can enter your gift card code. Once entered, you can either apply it to your current purchase or check the remaining balance on the card. Continue with the checkout process to complete your purchase with the applied gift card balance.
The gift card used for purchase will be credited for the item that was returned. The original gift card code can then be used for a future purchase. If you no longer have record of your original gift card code, please contact us – we can locate your gift card number using your order number.
